Back from Maine.... with recipe ideas of course

We had a great time visiting our kids in Maine....especially the blueberry picking that we did just before we came home! 14 pounds I think we picked and ate 1/4 of them by the next day....including a Blueberry Cake for Kevin and Blueberry Pie for Izabela and Carter! Deanna just eats them by the handful fresh! YUM!

Today atThe Crown I made our Fruit Crumble with Blueberries, Cranberries and two chopped apples....I used a 9 X 13 inch pan and the Mixed Fruit Crumble was so good! I plan to do a different fruit every day this week! I'm just going to eat a few bites of each one and share the rest with my guests at The Crown....I'll find out how much will power I have....probably NONE! But it is fresh fruit! And it tastes soooo good!
