Blues, Bikes and BBQ at the B.B. King Homecoming Festival was a huge success this weekend! "Adams' Ribs" won 2nd place in the Patio Division with their ribs! Congratulations to Harry and Larry Adams (They are our family!!!) And their ribs were outstanding!!
They also grilled link Conecuh Sausage (from Alabama) for two days just to share with friends and then brought some home on Saturday night to our house! On Sunday night.....I made Sausage Wraps with the sausage and I can't tell you how good they were!
This is another Quick Bite:
Heat flour tortillas and warm the "leftover" grilled sausage...(or the hot off the grill sausage!)
Spread the tortillas with Jezebel Sauce...then shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes down the middle.
Put those yummy sausage on top....roll up that wrap and they were scrumptious!
Try it! Our sweet, hot horseradish mustard (called Jezebel Sauce) makes EVERYTHING better!
