That's right! We are supplying baked and bagged Biscotti to Lucille's - the B.B. King Museum Gift Shop ! They are making great coffee at Lucille's too...strong and fresh and really good! So the Biscotti fit perfectly into the mix of items to buy! Of course, I'm baking our Cranberry Chocolate Biscotti (the one that we have in a mix for YOU to bake) because that is Tony's favorite! I'm also making a Toasted Almond Biscotti for Lucille's (Tasha in the gift shop says that is her favorite.)
Tony is so happy I'm baking it every week now....he gets all the broken pieces and the ends of the loaf that aren't "cute!" Tony's so busy dipping them in his coffee at the office (and red wine at home) that he doesn't notice if the pieces are cute! They are just good!
My mix is so easy to make..it's almost an instant cookie! Stir the dough in the mixer, pat it into 2 long loaf shapes, bake, cut, then bake a few more minutes! Try our mix....or come to the Museum and buy a bag! Either way you'll be happy you did!
