I can't get into my regular e-mail but I wanted to tell you about the meatballs! I made them using Mama's Meatloaf Mix and 2 eggs (in 1.5+ lbs of ground beef). I added a splash of GGMarinade, too! Rolled them into 1-2 inch balls (kept them all the same size) I baked them at 350 for 7 minutes then turned them over (and wiped up some grease on the cookie sheet!), and baked them for another 7-8 minutes. Now here's the best part:
In a microwaveable safe dish, mix 1/4 cup Cranberry Chutney and 1 Tablespoon Great Grilling Marinade and heat on high for 20-30 seconds (until hot and running thin). Toss as many meatballs as you wish in this. Keep warm in crock pot.
My husband ate 7 or 8 meatballs last night with the "sauce" over them...he loved it. I did too!!
