There's a secret though! Use 5 full pounds of beef roast! I know it's a lot of money - especially now with the rise in food prices! But your Mix will deeply flavor all that meat and then what a bargain it becomes! Even families with teenage boys are going to have leftovers (I mean Bonus Meals) with my New Orleans Beef!
Divide it into servings to fit YOUR family, put it in the freezer and enjoy several more meals served over noodles, grits or more rice. (Did I tell you rice comes in the Mix box too?)
Just cut the roast into cubes, pop it into a crock pot with a can of tomato sauce and 2 cups of beef broth! No heating up the kitchen and the "gravy" is scrumptious. Even the toughest cut of roast (or venison) will get tender and flavorful with the onion, bell pepper and celery in the mix!
