East Indian Curry is another one of my very Simple Suppers and economical too! Just put 3 lbs. of chicken, boneless breasts or thighs in the crock pot with my mix, a can of tomatoes and water! Turn it on and you'll eat like an Indian Maharajah for supper (we say eat like a KING in Indianola!)
Serve it over the rice (that comes in the box) the first night, then freeze the Bonus curry and serve it again in a few weeks! Cooking like this - with freezing in mind to begin with - makes good sense! You are using your time wisely and feeding your family GOOD healthy food packed with flavor!
Do you THINK you might not like Curry? Try it! My Mix is not hot and spicy with peppers! It's aromatic and softly spiced! Little people love it too - and the recipe for Curried Chicken and Artichoke Casserole on the box is quick and yummy and it freezes too! You can have two completely different meals from the same box and the same cooking time! And only 3 minutes to put the ingredients into the pot! You can't beat THAT!
