At the Crown, catfish is prepared every way but fried, and Taste of Gourmet food products are served on the menu and available for purchase in the adjoining retail store. Chicken Curry...at The Crown

That's right...one of our guests asked if we could serve East Indian Curry this week at The Crown and we LOVE to grant wishes! I think it must be Eric Fare's favorite dish - or one of them!

Last week our Special Dish of the Week was Creole Catfish Cakes and we made LOTS of people really happy! Including me - I ate them every single day last week! This week it will be the Chicken Curry, softly spiced over rice topped with toasted almonds! Yum! Come for lunch at The Crown! Or buy my Mix and cook it for yourself!
