  • Evelyn Roughton is the chief cook and creator of all things yummy at Indianola, Mississippi's famous and beloved Taste of Gourmet and Crown Restaurant. At the Crown, catfish is prepared every way but fried, and Taste of Gourmet food products are served on the menu and available for purchase in the adjoining retail store. Taste of Gourmet is also available through direct selling methods and from their web site at www.tasteofgourmet.com.

    Evelyn has an endless supply of ideas, meal ideas, new recipes and more - all using the Taste of Gourmet products and a few basic pantry items.
